End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before using AuraLight Rewards provided by AuraLight Dispensary.

Interpretation and definitions

Interpretation
The words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:

Agreement means this End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Application.
Application means the software program and/or digital rewards platform provided by the Company, known as AuraLight Rewards.
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to AuraLight Dispensary, an Illinois-based business.
Content means text, graphics, images, or other information made available by You or the Company.
Country refers to: United States.
Device means any device that can access the Application, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
Third-Party Services means any services, content, or software provided by a third party and integrated with the Application.
You means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company/legal entity on whose behalf such individual accesses or uses the Application.

Acknowledgment

By using AuraLight Rewards, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not access or use AuraLight Rewards.

This Agreement is solely between You and AuraLight Dispensary.

AuraLight Rewards is licensed, not sold, to You by the Company, strictly under this Agreement.

License

Scope of License
AuraLight Dispensary grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use AuraLight Rewards strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

License Restrictions
You agree not to:

Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit AuraLight Rewards.
Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of AuraLight Rewards.
Use AuraLight Rewards for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

Content

You are solely responsible for the content You submit or share. You agree not to post unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

AuraLight Dispensary reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content at its discretion.

Intellectual property

AuraLight Rewards and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AuraLight Dispensary.

Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions submitted by You may be used freely by the Company without obligation to compensate You.

Modifications and updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of AuraLight Rewards at any time, without notice. Updates may alter or remove functionality.

Third-party services

AuraLight Rewards may integrate or link to third-party services. AuraLight Dispensary is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or performance. You use them at your own risk.

Privacy policy

AuraLight Dispensary collects, stores, and processes information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy: https://auralightdispensary.com/privacy-policy

By accepting this Agreement, You consent to our Privacy Policy.

Term and termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. AuraLight Dispensary may suspend or terminate Your access if You violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, You must stop using AuraLight Rewards and delete any copies in Your possession.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AuraLight Dispensary harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your use of AuraLight Rewards or violation of this Agreement.

No warranties

AuraLight Rewards is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” AuraLight Dispensary disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraLight Dispensary shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You (if any) to access AuraLight Rewards.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

Entire agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and AuraLight Dispensary regarding AuraLight Rewards.
