How does AuraLight Rewards work?
AuraLight Rewards is a loyalty program with three tiers (Sapphire, Emerald, and Amber) where you earn orbs with every purchase. Orbs can be redeemed for discounts, accessories, and swag.
How do I unlock the Sapphire tier?
In the Sapphire tier, you can redeem orbs for rewards such as $5 off (150 orbs), $10 off (300 orbs), $15 off (450 orbs), or $20 off (600 orbs). You also get 25% off 3 purchases.

How do I unlock the Emerald tier?
To unlock the Emerald tier, you need to spend $1,000. In this tier, you earn 1.2 orbs for every dollar spent.
What rewards can I get in the Emerald tier?
Answer: In the Emerald tier, you can redeem orbs for rewards such as $30 off (900 orbs), $40 off (1,200 orbs), $50 off (1,500 orbs), or $60 off (1,800 orbs).
How do I unlock the Amber tier?
Answer: The Amber tier is unlocked after spending $4,000. In this tier, you earn 1.5 orbs for every dollar spent.
What rewards can I get in the Amber tier?
Answer: In the Amber tier, you can redeem orbs for rewards such as $70 off (2,100 orbs), $80 off (2,400 orbs), $90 off (2,700 orbs), or $100 off (3,000 orbs).
Can I earn orbs retroactively for previous purchases?
Orbs can only be earned for purchases made after joining the Aura Rewards program. Retroactive orb accumulation is not available.
Do my orbs expire?
Yes. Orbs expire after 180 days of inactivity/not making a purchase at AuraLight Dispensary.
Can I combine multiple rewards?
Generally, only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.
Can I transfer my orbs to someone else?
Orbs are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Are there any limitations on when I can redeem my orbs?
You can redeem your orbs at any time, as long as you have enough orbs to qualify for the desired reward.
Can I earn orbs on discounted or promotional purchases?
Orbs are earned based on the actual amount spent after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Taxes are not included in the dollars spent for orb accumulation.
Are there any restrictions on using discounts or rewards?
Discounts and rewards cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated. They also cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another purchase.
Can I upgrade my tier if I spend more than the required amount?
Tier upgrades are automatic once you reach the spending threshold for the next tier. The system will update your tier accordingly.
Are there any additional perks or benefits in higher tiers?
Yes, higher tiers come with increased points multipliers, allowing you to earn orbs faster. You may also receive exclusive offers, early access to new products, special promotions based on your tier, a 30% off birthday discount & a pre-selected doorbuster for $0.01, a 1-year Emerald anniversary discount of $5 off, a $5 off discount & pre-selected doorbuster for 1-year Amber anniversary.
What if I have an issue with my orb balance or reward redemption?
If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding your orb balance or loyalty account, reach out to AIQ Support HERE OR ask an AuraLight Agent in-store and someone will be able to assist you.

Can I use my orbs for online and in-store purchases?
Answer: Yes, you can use your orbs for both online and in-store purchases. AuraLight Agents are trained to review your loyalty account and inform you of the discounts available. These discounts will be applied at checkout by an AuraLight Agent.
Will my tier status be demoted if I do not make a purchase after a certain amount of time?
No, your tier will not be demoted and will remain the same. But, if there is no purchase in 180 days, your points will be reduced to zero.
How do I opt-out of Email or Text?
To opt-out of email messaging, please open up the most recent email from AuraLight and scroll to the bottom of the message, where you will find an opt-out link.
To opt-out of SMS messaging, please go to your last correspondence and text STOP to opt out.
You will still be able to participate in Aura Rewards, even if you opt-out of messaging.
How do I opt back into text messages?
Please text “JOIN” to 1 (618)323-0871.
How do I leave the program and delete all my data?
To delete all of your data and remove yourself from Aura Rewards, you can visit: https://lab.alpineiq.com/trackingPreferences/2653 at any time to access and delete your data from our system.
Please note that by doing so you will forfeit any existing points you have in your account. This removal is PERMANENT and you will not be able to re-join in the future. To opt out of emails or SMS but NOT leave the program, please see the next tab.
Loyalty Disclaimers
- Eligibility: Participants must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the state where the program is offered.
- Membership: Membership is free and limited to individual customers. Each member must register with a valid email address and other required information.
- Earning Orbs: Orbs are earned on eligible purchases at AuraLight Dispensary. Orbs do not be earned on taxes, or other fees.
- Redeeming Orbs: Orbs can be redeemed for specified rewards, discounts, or special offers. Redemption is subject to availability and may vary. Orbs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expiration: Orbs may expire if not redeemed within an absence period of 180 days of last purchase. The dispensary reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. Three 25% off discounts expire after 90 days and are redeemable at the register.
- Privacy: Personal information collected through the program will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Restrictions: The program is void where prohibited by law. The dispensary reserves the right to revoke membership and benefits for any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program.
- By participating in Aura Rewards, you agree to these terms and conditions. The dispensary reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
