Answer: Aura Rewards is a loyalty program with three tiers (Sapphire, Emerald, and Amber) where you earn orbs with every purchase. Orbs can be redeemed for discounts, accessories, and swag.
Answer: The Sapphire tier is unlocked after signing up for Aura Rewards. You earn 1 orb for every dollar spent.
Answer: In the Sapphire tier, you can redeem orbs for rewards such as $5 off or a free lighter and rolling papers (150 orbs), $10 off (300 orbs), $15 off (450 orbs), or $20 off or an AuraLight hat/shirt (600 orbs).
Answer: To unlock the Emerald tier, you need to spend $1,000. In this tier, you earn 1.2 orbs for every dollar spent.
Answer: In the Emerald tier, you can redeem orbs for rewards such as $30 off or an AuraLight accessory (900 orbs), $40 off (1,200 orbs), $50 off (1,500 orbs), or $60 off OR a piece of glass that is $60 (1,800 orbs).
Answer: The Amber tier is unlocked after spending $4,000. In this tier, you earn 1.5 orbs for every dollar spent.
Answer: In the Amber tier, you can redeem orbs for rewards such as $70 off or a piece of glass that is $70 (2,100 orbs), $80 off (2,400 orbs), $90 off (2,700 orbs), or $100 off or an AuraLight device bundle (3,000 orbs).
Answer: Orbs can only be earned for purchases made after joining the Aura Rewards program. Retroactive orb accumulation is not available.
Answer: Orbs do not expire, so you can accumulate them over time and redeem them whenever you want.
Answer: Generally, only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.
Answer: You can easily track your orb balance by logging into your Aura Rewards wallet HERE.
Answer: Orbs are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Answer: You can redeem your orbs at any time, as long as you have enough orbs to qualify for the desired reward.
Answer: Orbs are earned based on the actual amount spent after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Taxes are not included in the dollars spent for orb accumulation.
Answer: Discounts and rewards cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated. They also cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another purchase.
Answer: Tier upgrades are automatic once you reach the spending threshold for the next tier. The system will update your tier accordingly.
Answer: Yes, higher tiers come with increased points multipliers, allowing you to earn orbs faster. You may also receive exclusive offers, early access to new products, or special promotions based on your tier.

Answer: Yes, you can use your orbs for both online and in-store purchases. Simply inform our staff or apply the redemption code during checkout for online orders.
Yes, if you do not make a purchase after 180 days, you will revert to the Sapphire tier.
Answer: To opt-out of email messaging, please open up the most recent email from AuraLight and scroll to the bottom of the message, where you will find an opt-out link.
To opt-out of SMS messaging, please go to your last correspondence and text STOP to opt out.
You will still be able to participate in Aura Rewards, even if you opt-out of messaging.

Answer: To delete all of your data and remove yourself from Aura Rewards, you can visit: https://lab.alpineiq.com/trackingPreferences/2653 at any time to access and delete your data from our system.
